Ways to use ?
1. (Soaking Method) Apply 8-10 drops of essential oil added with warm water. You can let it soak inside a tub with your body, in a bucket for your feet or legs, a bowl for your hands and so on.
2. (Massage Method) Apply your desired amount of oil to you skin. Massage until the oil penetrates into it.
3. (Warming Method) Add 3-6 drops of oil into HOT water soaked in a towel. Then wring the towel out and apply it on the required part. Repeat this method until towel gets cool
